Series of Homes

Creative Project

Stylized Fish Eye Images

After taking a particular image of just a random house I saw on my trip to Kendallville, I had the idea to create a whole series of images in a similar style. Each image is of a house, viewed from below with a fish eye. Then they are converted to black and white, a sepia tone is added, and lastly I placed an image of a texture (different for each photo) and changed it to overlay in Photoshop. The final effect is that the houses have a somewhat warped and creepy feel to them, even though if you passed them on the street they would come off as regular houses to you. Hope you enjoy the series, as much as I enjoyed creating it.
