Intention is Key
Here are a few images from the last couple of weeks, sharing the similarity of being intentionally blurry due to long exposures with no tripod. The first one is at the zoo in the sea lions pool. The second is a six second exposure through a water-covered windshield. The last is a photo of a jellyfish, stretched in photoshop.
