Fun Spot Amusement Park

While in Angola for the first time, I stumbled upon an amusement park called: Fun Spot. It looked pretty fun, with roller coasters, water slides, putting, and go karting. Oh, and did I mention the best part of Fun Spot? It is completely abandoned.

Of course, there were "No Trespassing" signs everywhere, and the entire perimeter was surrounded by a nice big barbed wire fence. I decided to not take the risk of trespassing, and as I was able to walk around the entire perimeter and photograph all of the highlights, that was fine by me! From what I have gathered, it has been closed for a couple of years. It was recently bought out by a local company that might plan to use the area for hosting outdoor events. This means they will most likely clear out the old broken down rides any day now. It is unfortunate to see amazing structures like this disappear.
